Stripped of Life: Jack the Stripper

Jack the Ripper is a very well-known unknown killer. Well this person is not as well known but also unknown serial killer given the name Jack the Stripper. Why?
He killed sex workers throughout London leaving them nude and posed without sexually assaulting him, and also has never been identified.
